VERM ASADO is developed in collaboration with Florencia Abella – Argentinian Head Chef at the Michelin restaurant Ekstedt, where all cooking is done over an open fire. Together we have captured the simplicity, fire and feeling of the Argentinian fire kitchen and made it available for your garden. Asado is more than a cooking method – it is a ritual. Light the fire, wait for the right embers and let the meat meet the heat on its own terms. VERM ASADO is designed and built by hand in Sweden with Cor-Ten steel, stainless steel and refractory chamotte stone – materials chosen to withstand intense heat and last a lifetime. Corten steel is a living material that becomes more beautiful over time, making each piece unique. With VERM ASADO you bring the soul of the Argentinian fire kitchen home to your own garden.
